Balkan PMS-Borovets was born as a result of a growing need for property management services from the owners of apartments and villas in Super Borovets and the nearby villages. These people need someone on the ground who they can trust to look after their investment, that’s why Balkan PMS-Borovets was born and it makes perfect sense.

On the administration side, there is Velislava and Nadia, who have a wealth of experience in property management and sales marketing, Nadia has also been dealing with the tour operators regarding contracts and bookings.

Balkan PMS-Borovets is a part of the Balkan PMS group and has an official tour operator license, No:RRK-01-05809 issued by the Bulgarian Government which gives the official right to deal with the main tour operators offering our own packages.

Balkan PMS-Borovets has its own ski school called HUNTERS based in the center of the Borovets resort. We have three ski depots in the resort to cover all the developments. In order to complete our services we offer our own ski and snowboard packages including lift passes and ski equipment .The company has contracts with the local transport companies which are doing return transfers from Sofia and Plovdiv airport, also we are offering daily return trips to Borovets from the nearby villages .

For villa and apartment owners we are offering special management packs on a yearly basis that can include, paying the utility bills, inventory checks, standing orders, annual account declarations, gardening and minor repairs.

Being owners ourselves and renting our properties, we are aware of the vital role a company such as ours can play in removing the stress and strain of running your second home from afar. There are times when someone trusted and reliable in the local vicinity is the answer to a prayer.

At the sharp end we have Stefan – Resort Manager who is based in Borovets. He previously ran three hotels as the commercial director and has been dealing with the main British tour operators such as Balkan Holidays, Inghams, Thomson, Christal Holidays and many others. He has the ability to use his skills to oversee the interests of the private owners with regard to rentals and maintenance of their property.

New to the company for this season we have Gerry and Sandra who have moved here from England. They have bought and renovated a property in Samokov and with the experience gained from this venture they have been able to help other English people coming into the Bulgarian property market. They will also be actively involved with airport transfers and property inspections.
