This self-catering property easily sleeps six people, with one twin and one double bedroom and a double sofa bed in the lounge, along with 2 bathrooms. There is also  a very well-equipped kitchen/dining room with all your needs catered for, a separate living room and a spacious, southerly facing patio for those long hot summer nights.

With it's panormaic views over the Rilla Mountians mountains, this house represents the perfect option  for the summer with tempratures reaching 38c for those B-B-Qs in the garden yet also appreciate the peace and quiet of village life , and in the winter  you are still close enough to one of the biggest ski resorts in Bulgaria with more than 45km of runs to suite all levels of skiers, skiing runs from mid December to April with tempratures dropping to -17. The lively, local town of Samokov is only a short distance offering  two large, modern supermarkets, selling all the food and houshold products that you will need for the duration of your stay. There is also an exellent daily local produce market selling fruit and vegtables and local crafts in the centre of town along with numerous Banks and cash-points and a post-office. If you decide that eating-in is not your thing, then both Borovets and Samakov have a host of excellent restauarants, catering from 5 star to the local cafe, mexican, chinese , english and traditional bulgarian. 

For winter sport - the international ski resort of Borovets is 25 minutes by car . Borovets has a range of shops, restaurants, recretional facilities, a bank and 24 hours medical centre.

For sumer Borovets offering preaty much everything - riding, swimming pools, spa facilities and gondola access to Mount Musalla - 2,925 meters.

The Rila mountain range boats the highest mountain on the Balkan Peninsula ( mt Musala- 2,925 m) and the average heit of the peaks are 2,700 m. The mountains are registered in the UN list of representative protected areas and is Bulgaria's largest national park . The snow usually covers the whole area from the end of November untoll April and still covers the peaks right into the middle of summer.

Borovets offers all the expected facilities of a winter and summer holidays center. As well as good skiing, it provides a good base for hiking, mountain biking and riding in the summer, where horses and equipment can be rented. The Yastrebets Gondola and a chairlift operate at the weekdays and give quik access to the top ski station, below MT Musala.

Rila Monastery - A UNESKo World Heritage site - thotoughly recommended is an easy two hours drive.
