The hotel is located in the center of one of the largest and most prestigious mountain resorts and ski areas in Bulgaria - Borovets. The resort is situated at the foot of the northern slopes of The Rila Mountain. Surrounded by pine forests and beautiful landscapes, Villa Park is located in a quiet place, while being in close distance to the longest ski lift in the resort, leading to mostly ski and snowboard slopes, and to various attractions in the resort  as well as shops, restaurants and bars. The hotel offers wonderful opportunities for a valuable ski or snowboard vacation, summer holiday and mountaineering or just a weekend escape.

These studio apartment is situated in the centre of Borovets within easy walking access (ie less than 5 minutes) to the gondola lift, ski slopes, hotels, shops, restaurants and bars.

Bulgaria skiing, snowboarding and sledging etc is available during the winter/ski season. Borovets activities such as fishing (at nearby lakes), mountain climbing, hill walking, hunting, horse riding, bbqs and generally getting close to nature in the summer can also be provided.
