Borovets Gardens is to be built in the old, administrative centre of Borovets, on a plot of 30 000 sq. m. The project boasts a strategic location – 400 metres away from the existing Gondola Lift Station, close to the junction of two principal roads: one connecting the capital Sofia with Borovets and the other leading to the second biggest city in Bulgaria-Plovdiv.
Borovets Gardens will be situated in the centre of the Super Borovets project – one of the most ambitious investment projects on the territory of Bulgaria. The loading station of a new chair lift, situated only 40 metres away from the future location of Borovets Gardens, is to be completed during the very first phase of the mega project.
