The opening was marked by a basketball match and since then a lot of events were held there. The good news is that the hall is suitable not only for sport events, but also for entertainment and cultural happenings. This ultra modern hall is a great present for the citizens of the town and its tourists. At the moment the executive company ‘Glavbulgarstroi’ is dealing with the vertical planning of the site and the interior – fitting the seats and special flooring. The outer site is ready now and there is only some finishing work left to be completed. The price of this project comes to 15 million Lev. The capacity of the hall is 2000 seats and can offer more than 25 different kinds of sports. The equipment is according all European standards and requirements. There are special seats for the journalists, commentators and operators fitted inside. A flat screen and lamps have been fitted already; the ventilation and heating systems are already completed. Besides the main hall, there is another one – training. There are halls for press-conferences, changing-rooms and elevators already fitted. The Hall is constructed on a municipality land, which comes to the size of 12 000 sq. m. We are all expecting the hall to be opened and we are very excited for all the amenities we have acquired last year! They all are showing that our city is growing and developing rapidly, which will attract more people! |
