Dear Friends

On behalf of the Balkan PMS Group Ltd, I am writing to update you with the latest news regarding  company reorganization in order to improve the services which we offer you. 

These changes include some restructuring of the company so that you will receive a more personalized and focused provision in each department, new personnel to assist you throughout, and some additional management services which we shall be offering this coming season

PART 1

Diversification of the mother company into single limited companies to ensure each individual company is able to offer a more refined and focused service to our clients in each area of expertise. The individual companies are as follows:

1.1   BALKAN PMS LTD

This company is focusing on the tour operator contracts. Balkan PMS is dealing with foreign and Bulgarian tour operators  and   is working with online booking engines such as Hotels4you (part of the Thomas Cook Group), Booking.com, along with a host of other commercial tour operators and agents

1.2   SKI PROPERTY MANAGEMENT LTD

This company is responsible for the management of the apartments, villas and chalets in both Borovets and the surrounding area.

This company shall also take care of transportation, including all airport shuttles and car rental

The company has 3 luxury Mercedes Vito minibuses each to carry 8 persons (2009), and an 18 seat  Mercedes Sprinter  (2007). The company is also pleased to have in its fleet a Peugeot 407 Executive saloon (2006), a Skoda Fabia (2008), a Seat Ibiza (2000), and a Fiat Bravo economy car for rental (2000)

 1.3  HUNTERS SKI SCHOOL LTD

This company is a full member of both the Bulgarian Ski School Federation and the European Ski School Federation. Hunters ski school is registered under class N 1256, and  N 015896 skier liability insurance

PART 2

As from the 1st of June we are pleased to offer some additional management services separate from the full management pack

1.       "KEY KEEPER SERVICE " 

This service is available for those clients who do not require cleaning or regular checks of their properties, but who do need to have a checkpoint for their keys in case of guests or other instances. The keys will be available for named guests and owners at our main office in the Flora Hotel, or if preferred, our staff can meet owners or guests on arrival at the individual apartments, villas and chalets. Our staff will organise for secure administration and ease of transition

The price for this service is 78 GBP per year

2.       "WELCOME PACK SERVICE"

We shall be offering this service to all guests upon request on a pre book basis. The welcome pack shall consist of :
1.       Milk
2.       6 eggs
3.       Butter
4.       Jam
5.       Orange juice
6.       Bread
7.       Tea/ coffee
8.       Cereal/ corn flakes
9.       Toilet paper
10.     Sugar
11.     Cake

Part 3.
