Snag lists

Price: 25.00 £     Our company is glad to offer you a snag list in case you have decided to trust your property in our safe hands!    You use this list to put on it everything you are not pleased with concerning your property.     To do the list we need to make a thorough inspection of your property and to find out all things that need snagging. During, which we make a list and take pictures of all the problematic areas. Then when the list is ready you will receive a detailed list, together with the pictures we have taken.     We will make a second inspection once the developer had removed all the problems!    The first inspection is to find out if there are any problems, and the second one to make sure that everything has been done properly! If the problems have not been resolved we will make a third inspection and will continue to do so until all the work is done!
