• Inspection checks of the villa twice per month
• Seasonal maintenance, which includes keeping the temperatures up during the winter months, checks of the water and electric systems
• Setting direct debit payments to the electric and water companies
• Organizing the local and municipal taxes annual payments
• Annual company declaration
• When villa is occupied the owners pay the additional fee of 34 GBP per week  which covers:
• Key handover
• Welcome drink for each guest at a local bar or restaurant
• Daily light cleaning which consists of emptying bins 6 days a week, Cleaning does not include washing up of pots and pans.
• Weekly cleaning of the apartment which includes changing of the bed linen and towels on change over day, towels are also changed mid week.
• Laundering of sheets and towels.
• Inspection of the villa and stock check of contents on guest departure.
