Just a quick note to thank all at Hunters (especially Steve and not forgetting James and Lucy) for the great week we all had, what a great class to be in, lovely people. Steve many thanks to you for taking such good care of us, the boys all think you're a Legend! I thought they meant leg end (joking)

Thanks Mrs Steve for the hair dryer very kind of you. Will definately recommend Hunters in future to all who will listen. Thought you'd like to see the photos. Congrats to Bobby on engagement! Good luck James with the wedding this year! Hope Steve's new grandchild arrives safely. Good luck to you all for 2009.

Hi Stefan,

Just wanted to drop you a line to say thank you for your help in organising our ski packages and transfer, our group had a fantstcic holiday and will be coming back next year. Please can you also pass on thanks again to our ski instructors Chris, Ruman and Sandra, they were brilliant and we all thought how good they were and very good teachers, Thanks again and see you next year

Dear Balkan PMS

The trip was great and we were quite lucky that we had snow the week we
were there so the skiing was excellent.



Stefan and Borovets PMS were fantastic, it made a real difference
getting picked up in the morning and dropped off in the evenings by
their bus. On the first day I ended up having to walk down the mountain
as we missed the last lift and my friend who couldn't ski at that point
was not confident enough to ski down the masala pathway. Borovets PMS
stayed open until we got down and were kind enough to give us both a
long vodka on our arrival back.



We were very pleased with the apartment and the staff on reception were
very help full despite the language barrier. When we were their the
swimming pool chairs were in perfect order, in fact everything in the
building looked new and unused.

Dear Stefan,

Just a quick line to say a big thank you for looking after us last week.
Every member of your team was so friendly and helpful.
A specific thank you to Chis at the Hunter Ski school for looking after
my parents (Chris will know them as the Prince and Princess). It was
their first Sking holiday and they were delighted with the way they were
taught by Chris. They did more than they ever thought they could do and
felt safe (most of the time!) -they had a great time! A real gentleman
and a credit to the team.
We will pass on the word to our friends and would have no hesitation in
recommending your service.

Hi Stefan

Back home from Borovets today and just wanted to let you know that the whole family were really pleased with the service we received through your company; we will certainly recommend to others. Transfers were excellent and the staff at the Balkan PMS office were very helpful. We will definitely be back next year and will book our lessons with you again as it was great to have an English speaking instructor. Steve our ski instructor for the week was first class he went out of his way to ensure that our lessons were tailored to suit the whole family and we really enjoyed every day skiing with him, he was excellent.
