• Bi-monthly inspection checks of the villa
• Seasonal maintenance, which includes maintaining temperatures during the winter months and water and electrical systems checks
• Setting up direct debit payments for the electric and water companies
• Organising the local and municipal taxes annual payments
• Annual company declaration
• When the villa is occupied the owners pay an additional fee of 34 GBP per week  which covers:
• Key handover
• Welcome drink for each guest at a local bar or restaurant
• Daily light cleaning which consists of emptying bins 6 days a week - cleaning does not include washing up of pots and pans.
• Weekly cleaning of the apartment, including changing the bed linen and towels on changeover day; towels are also changed mid-week
• Laundering of sheets and towels
• Inspection of the villa and inventory check of contents on guest departure.
